@jamesb@fedi.duckduckpigeon.co.uk @Edent@mastodon.social I had to do a chargeback for AliExpress once (they sent ~12 items in one order but had billed each individually so additional fun) after Yodel put it in a parcel locker but wouldn't provider the locker details so I could retrieve it.

@rbairwell@mastodon.org.uk @jamesb@fedi.duckduckpigeon.co.uk @Edent@mastodon.social I don't like it when they do that.. they took multiple orders one of which had already charged VAT , stuck them in a new order and customs immediately charged VAT and processing fees on the new package total. Got nowhere trying to get any of that back..
