buying a shock collar, and vaguely remembered that there was a ban on the import of certain collars, the one of interest being shock collars. Luckily (for me, not dogs...) in 2008 it was removed.

I'm glad I don't have to ask the seller to add "for human use only" on the packaging.

I'm also very surprised that the recommended openshock link to aliexpress isn't full of reviews of it on humans.

@xssfox@cloudisland.nz the previous time I was talking about working on shock collars, someone on reddit yelled at me, saying they were horrible and inhumane and a terrible way to train dogs. so I had to reply "uh, these will never be used on dogs, I promise."
