On me, I saw this Nothing changes by playing strictly by the rules because the people doing fucked up shit make the rules and they are designed to prevent change. and figured you meant it was time to take drastic action beyond the peaceful, democratic process of telling your elected officials in a board room meeting setting about your complaints, and instead use non-peaceful tactics. I understand now that you mean to disrupt any democratic process purely by disobeying any order that your local elected officials and/or previously preceding local laws/rules have in place so nobody can participate in democracy, at least until yout personal demands have been met.
