  Just FYI, most boards will ask that those attending refrain from clapping after every speaker so that the meetings can advance without interruption. These board meetings have agendas and some can last all day. If there was clapping after every speech, it could stretch the duration quite a bit, so the board usually sets limits on behavior in the room. Im curious how many times they asked her to please stop clapping. Looks like they were warned multiple times. Also, regarding the speaking too...
