I really urge everyone who hasn't recently to spend a couple weeks playing with these tools – nothing fancy, just start using them and ask them to do stuff. Use a good model. A year ago, I was a skeptic – largely because of inertia, and also a lagging understanding of how things had improved – for a long time, they were really annoying to use because you had to prompt perfectly.     @kyleve@mastodon.online ...and only it's gotten so much better since: better models, better surrounding tools (amazing harnesses, insanely good code review agents, or remote control where you can check in on – or build entire things from your phone). I know the "10x engineer" thing is a cliche, but I feel comfortable landing amounts of code today that would have been literally impossible a year ago; and I feel very good about the quality – it's *not* slop. If anything, it's catching things I would not. (2/n)
