Doug's been trying to ride the thermal updrafts in his Captain Canuck super suit, hoping to glide over all his obvious corruption. Meanwhile he gets the media all worked up about sovereignty but his actions don't match the words. But while we are talking about levels of government, permits to import enriched uranium into the country is something that will absolutely need federal permits and oversight. Carney and Ford are not so far off in terms of rhetoric vs action.
