@JulianOliver oh yeah you're totally right about MM! A lot of orgs i'm involved in use Signal just bc a trustless service is better for those particular cases, and many things about it, especially the lack of channels, are definitely a headache. A mattermost-like interface would certainly be better. Personally I just desperately want a proper FOSS, e2e, trustless chat application with the features/interface of mattermost or Element 😭
