Ride The Streetcar lets you drive surgical state changes to your frontend DOM & JS objects from any backend ( #Ruby & #JavaScript supported at launch ). It's fully compatible with standard fetch techniques as well as htmx via a custom extension.
Only 2kB minzipped with 0 dependencies!
If you've ever used something like Hotwire Turbo, this will feel familiar. I once wrote about a pattern I called Action Web Components…this is the evolution of that to a library!
