I'm diligently reading up on medical cannabis laws and I keep seeing "strictly limited to ensure the sickest patients get it". ... Because of the finite quantity of weed in the universe? As "the sickest patients", I call bullshit. There is absolutely no relationship between getting the medication to me and limiting access for other people. That makes no sense.
