There’s a scam going around on PayPal where someone apparently sends you money and then they claim it was a mistake and want a refund etc.
Never interact with any of these people and never do what they tell you.
Ignore them and report these transactions to PayPal (you might have to speak with a human). If PayPal ignores you, pester PayPal until they don’t.
