On top of that, OpenAI ran the harness without any monitoring in place, causing it to run over the weekend undetected. We should investigate if this was even maliciously done so to have the PR outcome. It either was lack of skill or malicious.

In other words: if I run a script on my machine to hack some platform I will get in trouble but when an LLM calls a tool to do so it is nobodys fault apparently.
