@Majden888 I hope to be rescued from this situation... After all, $1,000 isn't an exorbitant amount if the plan is to raise it among 20 or 30 people! However, it *is* an excessive amount when it is demanded of someone who has nothing to offer but prayers that it all works out. I hope someone takes a stand on this—even if it happens outside of Mastodon!
