LLMs are getting better and better at manual a11y testing. They're already better than the average developer with some knowledge of accessibility. Still, I doubt this will affect the quality of sites because we've had automated testing tools for many years, and _no one_ has used them either. That said, I do hope, of course, that I'm wrong and that it will have a positive impact.
