@juliaclement@mastodon.nz Your wife's lucky to have had your sorbet deliveries while recovering! 😄 My husband also had covid twice & the 2nd time he didn't rapid test positive until the FOURTH day of symptoms!! Then he tested positive for the next SIX days. (Luckily he isolated at the first sign of illness so I didn't get it.) Absolutely proper testing while symptomatic should mean testing every day at least through day 5, in my opinion. But in this case, I had such a hard time securing the one test, and the parent is sooo not interested in actually keeping others safe, that I don't think I have it in me to fight for any additional testing. 😭
