@thedoctor@polymaths.social I did it with k3s (and RKE) in Hetzner in 2 different regions (eg Helsinki and Frankfurt zones), both for the control plane and workers. It works, but for sure it depends on a connectivity and the cluster design: you don't want to have a "split brain" situation happens more than "once in awhile". If you are unsure about your network between home and VPS, maybe do two clusters and operate them say via the Rancher, dedicating workloads accordingly. @homelab@fedigroups.social
