    I think, instead of buying a Steam Machine, I&#39;ll get a prebuilt PC for about the same money. It&#39;ll have significantly more performance and I don&#39;t rely on the form factor or the console-like features anyway. Unfortunately, I&#39;m not terribly well-versed in what combo of hardware makes most sense, and I&#39;m not sure how reliable all those websites with FPS estimators are. Do I know anyone who is more knowledgeable in this field? #gaming #buyapc #gamingonlinux

    @homelab@fedigroups.social Hey people, can anyone recommend a somewhat minimalist workflow for managing Docker compose container deployments (not with K8s) and integrating it with git? I&#39;m looking at ways to make my current setup more GitOps-like, I ha e my stuff in a repo and deployments and updates are done with Ansible playbooks.

    I&#39;m thinking about setting up a replication target for the zfs pool on my server. Can anyone recommend a machine that needs little power, is fanless and can hold 2 SATA HDDs? Is there such a thing? My server is an HP small form factor desktop PC and I just could vet another one of those but the fan noise is a bit annoying. #askfedi #homelabbing #selfhosting #zfs
