@jd@ottawa.place I do or I buy from a local bakery that uses similar ingredients to what I do. Yes, the bread is going to go mouldy or stale quickly, but that's how it's supposed to be. It's things like bagels that I don't make that are more complicated.

@mariellequinton@ottawa.place Fortunately there are several excellent local bakeries around here. I’ll often buy, slice, then freeze. There’s some degradation but it’s acceptable to me.
