The only other structure seems this open beam lifting vertically up and down. Probably good enough for the sea type.

It's pretty common on the Baltic ferries that the drive ramp forms a watertight seal against the hull when it is lifted up. The bow then locks down ahead of the ramp to protect that, effectively forming a double seal. Couldn't tell for this ferry though. @Pepijn@mastodon.online @tml@mementomori.social
