@oxy@social.bsdlab.au oh man, not everyone has a problem that’s DataFusion-shaped, but if you do, it’s impossible to beat extensibility-wise! It’s sort of like DuckDB, if you’re familiar with that, but the extension story is much better in my opinion. It’s not quite “trivial” level (yet), but if you’re a seasoned rustacean, it’s not hard (just implementing a trait for a table provider or user-defined function; aka an interface in other languages you might know). I’m a frequent contributor to the geo extensions.
