25 Jul: Smoked mackerel pate #cooking #food #FoodDiary Crisp mackerel skin and quick dill cucumber pickle. There was also miso and mustard pork loin with crushed potato and garlic greens, but after bringing the food outside and then having to move Clement from my seat to another one round the patio table before starting meant I forgot to take a pic. Ah well, seldom happens.
