@TheBreadmonkey@beige.party Years ago a friend of mine tried to get me into running. He said, you can do a big run and then come home and eat a massive bowl of pasta, guilt-free. My reaction was, listen mate, I don’t need anyone’s permission to eat a massive bowl of pasta.
