First side project / non employment related coding for a while and it's to make a Magic the Gathering Mulligan generator that handles the card "Serum Powder" in Python. Mainly because that card has such a weird effect that typical mulligan simulators don't handle it.

Oops I blinked and 2h passed. Janky first attempt is on github though? Will add another layer soon to make it easier to run and save data to share to people
