Job done. It seems to be fixed. I'm glad he opened it up a second time because there was a little piece of hard plastic covering where the electronics were and he didn't fit it back properly into the case the first time 😬
The management company pays everything (as they should) 🙏

I turned it off to open up the windows and blast air through as he didn't wear a mask, but in a few minutes I'm turning it back on and running it at 18°C in afternoon heat for half an hour to make sure it's really fixed. And then I might go back to sleep again 🫠 Man this has been an ordeal. I can't actually believe right now that it's over.
