Witnessed someone turning right onto a street I was driving on hit a young teenager who was rocketing along on a e-scooter across the intersection, but they were on the wrong side of the road and in the crosswalk… technically it was the kid breaking all the rules of the road in this situation. He was certainly moving faster than she was at the time so at least he didn’t look hurt, just really surprised.
