@jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net Asked a friend who is a hearing aid technician, she told me that the trial time can be reset and it is there to have the user not forget that they need to be returned or purchased. @Jay16K@chaos.social Yep. We found that too. Tomorrow will be spent driving around 4 towns nearby, hoping that in one of them we find a technician with a kind heart. Not the plan I had in mind when visiting my parents, but alas.
