@psistarpsiii@tacobelllabs.net maybe if you're on a daily pill then levels could fluctuate too much for tests to be useful? but if they are then that's bad and needs to be addressed. also if you're on a synthetic estrogen (not estradiol), maybe the tests wouldn't capture that? estradiol and testosterone tests themselves are reliable, they will give you accurate readings for your levels at the time of collection can i ask what pill specifically you're on? it might be good to switch to bioidentical estradiol and progesterone, they have less side effects and are often better tolerated. they're prescribed for menopause all the time (my cis mother is taking them)
