@Jirikiha@raphus.social I’ve done that a few times! Trick is to take a bit of it and spread it thin on parchment paper. Let that dry out and put the flakes in the freezer to resuscitate in case of neglect.

@psistarpsiii@tacobelllabs.net I didn't know freezing was an option! The instructions on thawing frozen starter says it takes a few days to get it to full strength. Still, that might be an option for my schedule. Thanks for the idea!
