RE: https://mas.to/@osma/117004715999642136 The issue would be novel, if there was autonomous decision making by a computer involved, but there isn’t - HuggingFace rep’s opinion notwithstanding, it was just a computer running a directed, exhaustive search of paths toward a (badly) defined goal. Automation in computer security exploits is not new.
