Random question for any #fathers here. Do you think that paying the minimum you can get away with in child maintenance, calling your kid once a week to ask the same questions (what are you watching on TV, what are you having for dinner) and seeing your kid once or twice a year for 15 YEARS is acceptable? Asking for a friend who might be me.

Oh it gets better. My daughter came out as gay when she was 10. He has been telling his family that I raised her to be gay because I hate men. I gained a lot of weight from 2021 due to a melon sized cyst pressing on my lower spine reducing my mobility (now sorted since march this year) and he has been telling his family I'm a lazy fat alcoholic sitting around waiting for him to save me, still pining after him. Fuck that cunt.

@JaxVent@lgbtqia.space not acceptable at all. It was the other way around for me - my daughter was with me the majority of the time but my ex had minimal contact and didn’t pay anything.
