@watmildon@en.osm.town hate to say it, but it's not a shrub, but a large herb! The leaves dies back completely in winter, and largely rot away. No woody parts at all.
It and one of it's hybrids have recently been put on the banned list in the UK (as potentially highly invasive).

@SK53@en.osm.town I admit I had a terrible time sorting out which tag to use. Do we have a better one? At least I hope I got the species tag in place correctly! 🫣
