@utzer I guess spinning drives might not be as affected as SSDs since they don't use the same wafers (presumably)...
Any hints on what such tools are called or where to find them?

@androcat@toot.cat look for deduping tools or dupe finders or so. It depends on how you want to do it, Linux, Apple, Windows, Shell or GUI. But I think you can go Luke this.
