Why does the sense of community care shown in this image no longer exist? Why do people now care less about their own health than is depicted in this 1960s sitcom? (Sadly, I'm pretty sure the answer is, capitalism has prioritized showing up for work/school as more important than caring for your own health, and the marketing of "just push through" medications has normalized going to work/school while sick, framing those who stay home when sick as weak or dramatic or even selfish.)
