I remembered from a family member (I am from a long lineage of computer people) that IBM supplied all the PowerPC based architechture for the Wii the Playstation 3 and the XBox 360.

@GamingWolf@mstdn.games makes sense, Motorola/Freescale kind of dipped from the PowerPC space after Apple got so pissed at the G5 that they went x86
