Due to the difficulty of getting adderall refills, we decided to make it easier and skip taking them once a week to give ourselves a buffer. Today was the experiment to see if that would work. It… did not work. My head's been hurting all day. I was overheating earlier. I've been way more out of it than I've ever been off meds before. Today was not a fun day. So we'll continue as is, no more skipping meds. We tried, and it didn't work. Oh well.
