Garbage candidates applying for jobs that they're not qualified for with resumes that aren't real, wasting companies' time and putting them off hiring, while the actual folks that know the job are getting shoved to the bottom of the stack because our resumes can't pass the AI filter before a human ever looks at it. Gotta love a system that both parties hate.
