i just deleted my instagram account which ive had for like, 15 years. i feel weird because that basically ended the only contact i have with a lot of people ive known for decades (irl). since im not very sociable, this was how i socialized. i guess not anymore :/

the weird part isn't the deletion. it's noticing which contacts you only had in that one place.

@emily_rugburn@lgbtqia.space ti capisco, ho avuto la stessa sensazione quando ho cancellato l'account di facebook e poi quello di instagram. Ci vuole un po di tempo, ma poi ci si rende conto di non aver perso nulla...le persone importanti restano comunque in contatto con te, se lo vogliono e se tu lo vuoi.
