Every time I learn about another country achieving “digital sovereignty” by building a national front-end for the American-owned Bluesky, I feel like I get a little closer to understanding how French people must have felt about “freedom fries”

Either it’s built on and subservient to Bluesky’s platform (appview if I understand atproto correctly), or it’s a totally separate stack, in which case what does using atproto bring to the table?
