@mldkyt@soc.mldkyt.com @hsza@social.tudbut.de @sel@fedi.wasp.best i wouldnt recommend using defederation as a means for moderation since all it does is make you stop responding to requests from the foreign instance, i find it more effective to just locally disable the accounts of people you dont want to see on your timeline (yes this does work with accounts on other instances)
its much more tedious to do but i blocked about 200 accounts this way and my timeline is pretty chill
