@NorcalGma2@sfba.social Save those old boards, any that are viable. If they’re cedar you can repurpose those as trellises, tomato cages and such. If anyone around is handy with saw and hammer. That’s what I did when I redecked my deck and took out an old fence.

@GPJohnston@mastodon.social The guys are taking the wood with them. One of the brothers builds raised garden beds and said he could use some of the wood in his landscaping. I am relieved that they will take it away. We don't have any cedar on our property anymore because my husband saw too much cedar burn easily in his many years as a firefighter.
