Unlike codeberg’s TOS, this is a multi-million $$$ project. Which in theory means that disputes are resolved through litigation; and in practice, that both sides put all their various disagreements on a big pile, and then the lawyers look at who’s got the bigger pile, and money gets moved until it’s all evened out.
