So… they’re burning books to “feed the AI”, the EU wants to pour 10 billion into this shit and over on LinkedIn, more and more of my peers (whom I thought were good people) say that AI makes their work better. Can’t describe how disheartening this is. Like, if those peers can only look at their work and (bs) benefits they get from AI….that’s so narrow minded. You shitty ass little job in the office isn’t important. The whole fucking planet is at stake here. I find it infuriating that people can’t see that.
