A small human (4?) is standing next to a crosswalk, intensely focussed while eating an ice cream. Holding his free hand out as if to halt traffic. The Ice Cream Police are on duty and all must stop to admire their majesty! A grinning man (40s?) is driving a small school bus full of young humans. Music playing loud. Everyone seat dancing. Heads bobbing. Arms waving in the air as they zoom down a highway into the countryside. A woman (50s?) is pushing a trolley full of groceries through a carpark when she spots a very big dog (Mastiff cross marshmallow?) with his head sticking out the window of an electrician's van. Pat tax MUST be paid and she pauses and gives Big Dog a scritch behind the ears. A man (30s?) is standing in a bakery queue with a colleague (20s?). Colleague says: "Ya gonna take ages like yesterday or what?" He replies: "Yep. Gotta pick the right one." They go on to stridently debate the merits of pies, sausage rolls or pretzels. (Pies win.) A woman (20s?) approaches a bustling woman in a tie dye shirt (50s?) and says: "I LOVE your shirt! What does it say?" Bustling Woman grins and stretches the fabric out and reads in a happy roar: "BOOKS ARE AWESOME." Laughter and serious book chat commences. (Continued Below)

@georgepenney@sunny.garden darn it, now I want a pie. Sausage rolls and pies aren't common in my part of the world. There used to be a shop but, sadly, gentrification. I think it's condos now. It's also nearing midnight so it's all rather moot. On the upside there's a pop-up barbecue place on Fridays near me. Guess I know what I'm doing for lunch tomorrow.
