People really need to think sometimes. Work with me here. If Joe is only able to work email cases and closes 15 cases in a day, and Susan is able to work both email and phone calls, which generally go quicker than emails do, and is closing 35 cases, you can't use Susan's higher number to suggest Joe isn't working hard enough when Joe isn't set up to use the phones yet, thus meaning he won't be able to reach the higher number yet as there are more calls then emails, which everyone knows. I think managers forget how they got their positions sometimes.
