Because real service where you deal with your customer face to face can't accept "You are absolutely right! I have incorrectly identified you as a criminal and was about to fine you..." as a valid response. AI is not ready for all products. Certainly not products where quality matters. Maybe as clippy 2.0 or an IDE suggestion engine or a documentation reference engine.
