I had these three leeks I got at the grocery. I used some of them, and only had part of the white ends in the crisper box in the fridge. They kept putting out a little new growth at the cut ends, so, eventually, when I hadn’t eaten them, I stuck them in a container. Nothing more than three a-few-inches-long stubs. Well, one of them has survived, and the seed head is about to open. I am going to save the seeds, and start leeks early next spring #gardening #LifeFindsAWay
