Update on the infuriating situation:
The domain host for ScienceFictionWeekly.com is Cloudflare (according to a search at https://acidtool.com/)
It is trivially easy to submit a DMCA abuse notice to the domain host via the form you will find here:
https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/reporting-abuse/
Useful if you, too, are an author who has found your stolen work, once published by Daily Science Fiction, hosted without your consent at Science Fiction Weekly.

@NicoleJLeBoeuf@wandering.shop According to the WHOIS record, the registrar is NameCheap, and the "Abuse" email is abuse@namecheap.com.
