Have a copy of your pet’s microchip info, vet info, rabies and other vaccination details, and any relevant medical information.
Anything else you'd suggest adding to the list?

@Lemniscate@infosec.exchange If your pet wears a collar and tags, a spare tag with your contact information on it. Mine refuses any and all collars, but I've had animals lose tags in the weirdest situations.
