@ne7@icosahedron.website blood tests mate, frequently and find trusted cardiologist. that's my advise to every 40+. cholesterol to be checked, diabetic characteristics to be checked, uric acid/goat risks to be checked... fat belly to be worked out. good diet, good sleep, no stress.. and don't ignore head aches.. this shit can stop your heart.. Heath Ledger also died from "head ache" and wrong med for that stopped his heart.. None of us are immortal at the end it seems. only art we do may be.
