my pepper plants are going FUCKING HAM right now. I have SO MANY FUCKING CHILI PEPPERS GROWING RIGHT NOW.

harvest is gonna be crazy this year. I plan on trying to make a rub out of the chilis again this year, except maybe instead of low and slow in the oven, maybe I'll smoke them as well to infuse to smokiness into them before grinding them up into chili powder.
