@ezri@shitpost.trade you look for the source of their denim mostly, if they provide it you can check. if they don't then it probably isn't. unbranded has no sources, so it is mostly what is available and cant be guaranteed. but selvedge is a big indicator, it means it was made on a shuttle loom instead of the mass produce looms so it is denser and more thoughtful in its construction.
